Just ran across your great Website. Are you still interested in exposing fraudulent Judges? I have
about 35 or 40 copies of fraudulent oaths submitted by Oregon Judges. Almost all of them left out
the word 'impartially'. None of them took the oath required in the Oregon State Constitution,
These impostors have sentenced thousand of citizen's to the penitentiary, both the guilty and
the innocent.
I'm not an attorney and have little education, but am doing some research on behalf of Frank Gable,
a provably innocent man who has spent 18 years in prison, based primarily on three people who
have since recanted their testimony. A witness who could have identified one of the assassins was
not allowed to testify. another witness who recanted her accusation against Gable was also not
allowed to testify and name one of the real assassins.
Frank Gable was convicted, with no evidence, of murdering Michael Franke, Director of Oregon State
Corrections Dept. In fact, it was an assassination by corrupt State and Marion County officials to
prevent Michael Franke from exposing their corrupt activities to the Legislature later that week.
'Judge' Gregory West who presided at the trial had not taken the Constitutionally required oath,
and the pseudo oath he did take left out the word 'impartially". Later, Gable's Post Conviction
Hearing was before 'Judge' Francisco Yraguen who hadn't taken or submitted any oath.
I became interested in the case because I was driving by the murder scene on the night, at the time it
was happening. My normally passive, super friendly dog went berserk trying to get out of my vehicle
and over to the murder scene. Later, District Attorney Dale Penn absolutely refused my offer to let my
dog identify any of the suspects, even one who admitted to the killing.
Anyhow, 18 years is way too long for an innocent man to spend in prison. All of Michael Franke's family have,
and still do, support the innocence of Frank Gable. If you want to know more about the case, there is a
Website called: Free Frank Gable.com
The Department of Correction's has shipped Frank Gable to various prisons all over the country knowing
if they bring him back to Oregon he will be killed by the corrupt politicians who were involved in the
assassination in order to finally close the case. At present Frank Gable is at Ely State Prison, Ely Nevada.
No, I'm not a girlfriend. I'm just a little old (77) lady who was passing by!
Thanks for the Website,

This country has gone to hell in a hand basket. This government is beyond corrupt
and I personally believe it will only get worst. They, Bush and all our political lawmakers
have taken out any laws and regulations that have been put in place a long time ago
to protect us from this type of tragedy.
When will people stop and recognize that ending terrorism begins at home and within
our own government? The terrorist that I have encountered live right here in my town
and in all the towns across America. We the people have yet to get the attention needed
to stop it because it is so close to the politicians eyes and in their pockets that they just
can't focus on it therefor they deny it even exist.
We are no longer secure in our homes. Our police can now do whatever they want and
get away with it even enter our homes without proper search warrants and destroy
our last place of sanctuary. Who will stop them? Our courts are not stopping them.
They are in cahoots with these local terrorist rubber stamping every thing these corrupt
law enforcers are doing to their own people. As long as it is profitable and keeps the
court calendars full the judges will continue to hold power not only over criminals but
over us all. It maybe bad for we the people but it is good job security for those who
work in the court system. And believe me people it is quit the system. To become
a criminal in this country today it only takes one lying cop, one bad and unjust Judge
and one corrupt lawyer to send your life into the pits of the American prison system.
Corrupt police, lawyers and judges get their cut and the whole system has become
home to pure home grown terrorism.
Our State agencies have become a force of terror across this country with more power
then even a President has. They have the power to take children from any home and
family and never give them back and they don't even need a valid reason to do so.
THAT is terrorism at its most powerful state!!
How can anyone in this country not be discouraged when our pleas fall on the hearts
of the evil and corrupt? They have no ears to hear us with because justice has stuffed
their ears with money. Money talks and they hear it loud and clear while our pleas go
by the wayside.
Persecution is to us who seek truth and justice and a end to this terror that has taken
over our country. Our freedom is only a word now but does not hold a place in our land.
Like a fine crystal glass it has been shattered into such small pieces it will take one
mighty hand to put it all back together again.

Thanks for bringing your very dramatic Web site to my attention. Most of us familiar with
the courts already know that judicial corruption and other misconduct is out of control and
usually shielded by immunity. The problem is how to fix it. One thing is certain: judges
themselves are not up to the task. I personally endorse the judicial accountability initiatives
that are at last catching on and which is now on the ballot in South Dakota. I've reprinted
which might interest you.
Also, I am conducting a campaign to force the recusal of faculty judges from cases that involve
the universities that employ them.
Efforts such as these are an important alternative to the violence to which some are
driven by the cruelty of injustice.

Hey I checked out that outlaw judges website! Awesome! What is it with Texas????????? I need to get my other
co-founder of our organization in Texas to add your website to our links. Sure is one heck of a website!
Somebody has done an outstanding job.
Thank goodness we branched off from our original site, somebody keeps hacking it, and the webmaster I think is
going to let it go...what a crying shame. Bev.
Reply: Hi Bev,
Thanks for the neat email. It takes a Country to stop the "outlaw"
judges in America's courts. The time is near when they must be faithful to
their oath of office and the law. Pass the word around. We want to start a
tsunami of complaints against the "Outlaw Judges" in America's courts.

Michael, You are exactly right!! However, it is going to take a while to get changes in the law. In
the meantime we intend to plaster the faces of the "Outlaws" everywhere. Beginning On-line and
ultimately in the media and the street corners. We want the public to know who the bad judges are.
After they have been publicaly exposed then we will work on the ways and means to hold them
accountable. Stay in touch we need you. We are headed down a long and rocky road.

My name is Michael J. Stephens, I live in Savannah, GA. I have a grandson in
Indiana, and have not seen him in 2 years because the Judge David C. Bonfiglio,
said is was not in the best interest of the child. also my son, Christopher is in jail
be cause this Judge raised the Child support outside of the state guidelines, and
now has violated my son's 14th amendment (due process) we have had no trial
by jury, not hearing, no bond, no nothing, and they said my son will sit in jail until
it is all paid, My family together could not pay this amount of child support.
This corrupt judge has ruined my family, and my grandson will never know
his fathers family.....Please add this judge to the outlaw list

I filed a complaint with this group. They did nothing. They said a
judge is within his power to go outside the guidelines if he sees fit. they will not help me. I have already tried this.
No money to hire a good lawyer. this system sucks....michael

Any changes to the way the judiciary operates will come as result of both the Senate and
House Judiciary Committees.
House Judiciary Committee's.
There will have to be legislative change that spells out bad conduct for judges. What it
will take to get legislative change, I am not totally sure but believe it will require foreign
media exposure. The U.S. media will not tell the story, I and many others have tried this
route. We have one hell of a battle to get what we think should come
naturally.

Subject: Thank You For Contacting My Office
Dear Mr. Sparkman:
Thank you for contacting me regarding federal court jurisdiction. I appreciate
having the benefit of your comments about this important matter. I do not support
legislation limiting federal courts’ jurisdiction in order to “remove” activist
judges from the bench. Instead, I continue to support the confirmation of
impartial jurists as an effective means of ensuring that activism ceases to
reach the federal bench.
As a former Texas Supreme Court Justice and Texas Attorney General, I believe
Americans are best served by a federal judiciary that functions at full capacity
and upholds the highest standard. Federal judges are appointed for life; thus it
is imperative that nominees demonstrate a record of wise judgment and proven
legal ability. Additionally, nominees must prove that they will not legislate
from the bench or color their rulings with personal ideology. I believe that
such requirements will ensure the preservation of our Constitution and safeguard
the principles that we hold dear.
I recognize the importance of this issue, and you may be certain that, as a member
of the Senate Judiciary Committee, I will keep your views in mind as I continue to
work with the President and my Senate colleagues to resolve this critical issue.
I appreciate having the opportunity to represent the interests of Texans in the United States Senate.
Thank you for taking the time to contact me.
Sincerely,
JOHN CORNYN
