                            The People's Center for Judicial Accountability is a nationwide,

                           nonpartisan initiative by and for the American People. We are

                         committed to a just society under rule of law for everyone; and to

                        ensuring fair and impartial justice by judges who are faithful to the

                        Constitution, the law, the rules, the solemn oaths of office and the

                                                     codes of judicial conduct.

                      Our mission is to promote public awareness of judicial misconduct

                 and lawlessness.  The center provides this web site as a public service. 

                 It is a public forum for the American People to educate  themselves and

                  inform others about judicial misconduct and lawlessness; and to take

                    an active part in ensuring the impartiality, integrity and decisional

                                            accountability of America's judges. 

                   Our judges have the solemnly sworn duty to enforce the rule of law

                   and to protect the People's fundamental rights under the Constitution

                               and laws of the United States and each state. 

           Any judicial conduct that violates

                    these explicit duties

                        is unacceptable!
