Some Tell-tale Signs

Lawyers, and laymen who deal with judges, should recognize the sure signs of

result dominated judicial misconduct in any case at any level:

1. They are avoiding the facts, because they require a different result;

2. Avoiding the law, including U.S. Supreme Court precedents, because they lead in the wrong direction;

3. Injecting personal opinions into what should be a legal decision based solely on the true facts; and the

relevant and controlling law.

When any of these acts occur in a case, you can be sure it’s an

violating his/her oath of office !
