1. They intentionally ignore the controlling facts, because they require a different result;
2. intentionally and fraudently mis-state the relevant facts;
3. intentionally and fraudently avoid the controlling law, including U.S. Supreme Court precedents,
because they lead in the wrong direction;
4. intentionally and fraudently misstate the relevant and controlling law
5. inject personal opinions into what should be a legal decision based solely on the true facts; and the
relevant and controlling law.
When any of these acts occur in a case, you can be sure it’s an
Outlaw Judge
violating his/her oath of office and your fundamental due process rights!
Below are some sources of information you
can use to file your complaints:
Don't complain about the result(DECISION). Under the law: Judges are free to make any decision they want to.
The system will not sanction a judge for an erronous decision. The remedy for a wrong decision is appeal.
Is this wrong? Absolutely; but, it is the law.
Tell your Congressman it is wrong and the law must be changed!
Do complain about the judge's acts, actions and conduct. Don't use conclusory statements.
A conclusory statement is one that does not provide the underlying facts to support the conclusion.
